Our warranty coverage covers any defective products or defects in workmanship under normal use of product. We will send you a shipping label so that you can ship your part to us. Once we have received your product your new replacement part will be sent to you. Appliance Champs does not offer money back returns under warranty, only exchange for a new one.

Customers have 30 days from the date they receive the item(s) to make a return. Once we have been contacted and have approved the return, we will issue Return Authorization Number.
