Refund Policy
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically issued 2–4 business days after a return has been received by our warehouse.
Credit Processing
A credit will be issued to the account used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.
Delayed Refunds
If 3 weeks have passed since our warehouse received your return and you have not seen a credit, please contact us for more information.
Refund Amount
You will be refunded the amount paid for the part, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping costs from the initial order and from the return of the part(s) are not refundable.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are at the discretion of Appliance Champs. Customer-initiated returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Unauthorized returns (items sent back without a Return Authorization Number) may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
